Walked Mitch this morning, lovely dog but tends to be afraid of the bigger dogs and can growl at them, loved his walk and sniffing about and was fine with the other small dog we walked alongside him, just happy to plod along beside you and not pull on the lead ![]()
Mitch is a lovely friendly little guy, good on the lead. Hope he gets out soon.
My sister had this guy out walking this morning, as always he was a little gent on the lead, loves being out, doesn’t pull your arm out and loves a rub and a cuddle, hope he gets out into foster or a forever home, he is a little pet ![]()
This little fella needs to be bumped up to the top. He is the longest in of the smaller dogs now. He walks well on the lead and is very friendly, I am sure he would be no bother at all. Hopefully someone can help this lovely Mitch out and give him the love he deserves.
Can offer foster if this little baby doesnt get a home soon?
hopefully i will be going down to the pound tomorrow to take one of these beauties out of the pound and into foster with me. if i could take them all i would. if i was 100% sure that lilly wouldnt freak id bring home more then 1 but she can be a little bit narky when shes around more then 1 dog, but im trying to get her out of that so maybe sometime in the future i would be able to take in more.it makes me sick to see how easily people can just kick dogs out and not have a care in the world. i know what i would do if i came face to face with these heartless people ![]()
Poor Mitch, he looks so sweet, wish someone could send him to me in the post. Do the ‘people’ who just throw these dogs away have any clue what dogs are capable of with a bit of guidance and training e.g. guide dogs, assistance dogs, search and rescue dogs, the companionship of dogs, those who enjoy agility and heel work to music (to please their owners) etc, etc, etc. Doesn’t matter what size, breed or to a certain extent age. I know I am raving at the converted but the idiots who abuse dogs (any animal really) should have … well something similar done to them. Sorry for raving everyone but these poor dogs, it really bothers me (and propbably everyoen else connected to this web site). Have a nice weekend, dogs and people.
belinda i think you are amazing you took riley over to your house and others since, i hope to be that good one day ![]()
This little man is gone into foster with Belinda
Thanks a million ![]()

i collected Jack the pound this morning and he was the only dog not barking. he had being in there for a while and it was getting him down big time. have him now afew hrs and there hasnt being a bother with him. lovely dog, ever so gentle his little tail never stops wagging and i think he is in love with lilly. he looks totally different face to face. hes a beauty. im gonna give him a bath tonight and ill take a few snaps of him and will post them later.
Belinda, you have lifted the spirit’s of a lot of people, but most especially Mitch. Thank you so much. He already looks content sitting beside the beautiful shiney sleek coated Lily.
Certainly lifted my spirits too, what good people you all are, couldn’t be happier for the little chap, no doubt you have lifted a massive weight off his mind too. I am so happy.
gave mitch a bath and there wasnt a bother out of him. he just sat there and enjoyed it. he was very nervous earlier on when i lit the fire, he wouldnt stop barking at it but now he loves lying by the fire. himself and lilly will be great friends once he stops trying to have his wicked way with her
. he is a joy to have around
thank you so much..such super news! was away for the weekend and was thinking about Mitch and Hudson a lot. You are wonderful and have given a space in your home to a much needed pet! You have made my day..its now Hudson’s turn..the big ol baby!!!
