Did they give a reason for the surrender? (I know most of the reasons need to be taken with a pinch, more so a fist, of salt but it may help to know!)
Hey peeps. just taught that we would keep you informed on how issacs is doing. We got in touch with Dogs in distress just after xmass looking for a pup to make our own. we went to ashtown to have a look and the missus seen him. She would not leave the pound without him. it was love at first sight.
He has settled in very quickly. Let me tell you it was a struggle at the beggining because issac is very independant and boystruss. He is very intelligent and all he wants to do all day is play play play. We have never been fitter trying to keep up with him. She has him spoiled. treats him like a baby. And he loves it.
He has taken to the training that we have been giving him. we got brave enough last week to let him off the lead to run and god does he love his freedom lol. had no problem retrieving him. eats like a horse and loves treats. He is absolutly great with kids and have not had a problem with him and other dogs.
We think he is happy here and we hope that Dogs in distress will allow us to keep him. he is at home here
