What a perfect name, I love it, and what beauties…
do u no wot its crossed wit?? its lovely!
Fudge has settled in really great. He is a very loving, sociable & playfull little puppy. Loves his grub & even tried along with his sister to have a feed from my Lola last night, thinking she was his mammy, bless him
He is a very bright little man, he is doing great with the toilet training & not a peep from him at night. Loves to snuggle up on the sofa with the others in the evening along with my 5 year old son. He hasnt found his voice yet and looks on in amazement when the others bark & tries his best but he’s not quite there yet
Like his sister will chase anything that moves – that includes my feet – ouch ![]()
Not too sure what the X is – at first I thought they may have been X with a chihuahua but you can never be 100%.
His coat reminds ya off a choclate lab ![]()

Little tiny Fudge has been on his holidays with Cathy Byrne for the weekend! Thanks Cathy
Cathy says he was one of the most well behaved puppies she has ever had & had she not got others with her she would have had a hard time giving him back to me
Fudge is a real sweetheart he is so loving & placid. Is doing really well with his toilet training & loves his food. He tucks his little head under my arm to go asleep which is just so adoreable. Loves playing with my 5 year old & is really friendly with everyone that comes to visit be they human or canine ![]()

(fudge on the right – blue collar)
Hey there,
I was just wondering if you woudl know how big Fudge and Minty would get when fully grown as I would be really interested in adopting both of them ![]()
Thanks,
Caroline ![]()
Hi Caroline,
Its hard to be 100% but I wouldnt say they will be big dogs as they are very tiny still & are now nearly 8 weeks old. They are terrier’s so they will be small to medium sized.
If you wish to adopt either of them you can contact Suzi Walsh at pups@dogsindistress.org & she will let you know what is going on with them. ![]()
Hey,thanks for that.they really are beautiful dogs.i have sent in an adoption form and am on the list for a home visit. Thanks again, caroline:)
Poor little Fudge had to spend the night with the vet on Monday as he had a very upset tummy
. I picked him up last night, he’s lost alot of weight but he is in great form as always. We’ll soon fatten him up again. Did a little basic training with him last night & he picked it up straight away ![]()
Fudge is waiting patiently for his new family to find him
He is coming on great a really loving little man is always up for a cuddle from whoever has one on offer. He is as good a as gold, not a peep at night, sits on command & waits in line while his food is being made without a fuss. He is placid little guy but loves a good belly rub & has discovered the footballer within himslef
& barks at the football when it stops rolling as if its alive – so cute
. Some of his brothers & sisters have not been very well over the last few days, poor little things, so we are delighted that Fudge is doing so well. He did not have the best start in life but we are making up for that now ![]()
Fudge has come on in leaps & bounds
. He has nearly doubled his weight since he came, which is really great as he was such a tiny little thing when he arrived, so thin I was afraid I would hurt him if I held him for too long
He is a real charmer & doesnt like when he is not the center of attention & will let you know by jumping on top of who ever is being rubbed & putting his head into your hand
. A real opportunist – will wait by your side while you are eating, while all the others play, incase a tiny piece falls & will run at top speed & hide while he eats it so nobody else tries to take some,
He really deserves a family to love him as he has so much love & fun to offer in return ![]()
Can’t believe Fudge is waiting so long for a forever home!!!
I know – such a lovely little fella I’d be tempted to hold on to him but I would be turfed out on my ear if I took on any more
. He has a family coming to meet him later today so fingers crossed for him ![]()
