Here is a little update on jessie. She is getting on great, she hasnt really turned into a full labrador, more of a lab x staffie or something like that, but sure who cares ![]()
There should be hopefully 2 videos taken over the last few weeks. One is her 2nd ever Agility class where she has become a star by even doing bits of the course off lead on her first lesson! The second video should be of her and Sandy having a good run around a field!

Amazing video she seems to just love the agility! A real pro!!
What a great video. Jessie looks fantastic and is clearly enjoying all her new challenges.
A real change from the 5 week old little Dani who cried to be rocked to sleep a long time ago!
She has grown into a beautiful young lady. Thank you so much for sharing her triumphs with us.

We are very proud of Jessie and how she is doing
She is classed as a large dog (which she isnt really) so is competing against the likes of border collies who are alot bigger and faster then her! She has taken home quite a few rossettes from her last few shows!
Other then that she is doing really well too, keeping us all on our toes! One of her favourite tricks is when we point and something and ask her to give it to us, she will happily pick it up and bring it over!
Lovely to hear from you, Jessie (although you will always be Dani to us!!!!
) and fantastic to hear how well you are doing with your trophies and rosettes!
You have grown up to be the stunner we always knew you would be but your mammy is dead right – you are not so big!!! Keep up the good work, Jessie. All the gang here say "hi"!!!!

jessie was did a fantastic round at her agility yesterday
she placed 3rd in her agilty in her grade and got a clear round in 1-6 grades but wasnt placed cause of time faults but for her size…to compete against collies and do such a great round was an achievement in itself ![]()
she was snoring her head off for the night afterwards

Hey, Jessie, wouldn’t fancy rocking you to sleep now!!
This is my most abiding memory of when you were with us – you would sit and cry with tiredness and I had to pick you up and rock you to sleep before you would settle in your bed (I had a couple of human kids that were the same!!!!
) You look absolutely fabulous!!! Love from all here.

Sorry guys – I am always meaning to give an update on how Jessie is getting on! Overall she is keeping well – she suffers from incontinence so she is on medication for that.
Jessie loves her comforts alright. She will go under the covers in the bed when she is cold! As soon as she sees a heater/fire is on she is there (apart from when she is minding any food that may exist in the kitchen)
She still does the crying thing when she is over tired and grumpy! She also does not like to over do it – when I am down with the horses if she is tired and bored she will go in the jeep for a nap or if I am walking around the fields once she has had enough she will go back to the yard and wait for me there!
She has not been doing much agility lately but she is going to start that back soon.
Her little family has grown and we now have 3 dogs, we went to the pound one day to walk the dogs and ended up adopting a 3rd! Jessie and her get on great and run around playing. Sandy is getting older now and has had a few operations on her knee so delighted to just keep them in check ![]()
