she seemed like a really happy girly ![]()
Hi there Colette! So delighted to see pictures of Chloe on here looking so so happy!!! We fostered Chloe for around five months and we loved her dearly so when we learned she was leaving her second home we were very upset – but seeing these pictures now, it seems like it was fate that she found her way to you! She is positively radiating happiness – and knowing Chloe, I’m sure she makes you smile just as much! I don’t know if DID mentioned I’m a journalist and we featured a double page spread on Chloe’s story in the Irish Daily Mail. I thought you may enjoy getting your hands on a copy of the article to have for posterity:) Let me know! You can pm me for details.
Lots of love and hugs to the girl!

Chloe looks like she’s having fun. What a lovely update, picture says it all ![]()
Do you know, I’ve just seen these pics (and those truly horrendous first few ones that made me want to both scream with rage and howl with pain) and I can barely believe its the same dog! Oh I’m just so so happy for Chloe to have finally found the home that this little lady deserves and so happy for yourselves who have done wonderful work in giving Chloe a second shot at life and letting her be the beautiful baby she is today. You should be so proud of yourselves, you really should…… Chloe, as she is today, reminds me of one of our three, who has a bit of a beardie in him. The main thing that struck me about her, as well as her obviously terrifickly improved appearance, is her eyes – they no longer look filled with pain and suffering, she has a spark in her now, as if to say, yes, I’ve been through the mill – but I’ve survived! What a lovely happy ending to her tail!
May you have many wonderful and joy filled happy years with your Chloe – you all deserve it! ![]()
Wow..she is beautiful and a credit to Collette

You are so right when you say" I have been through the mill and survived it all" …….that’s exactly what the picture says and it could be a caption for the next photo on Howth Head.
It really spells out in CAPITAL LETTERS how forgiving these animal really are.
They forgive, forget, trust again, love unconditionly and move on, maybe we humans should take a leaf out of their book. I wish I was that good.
This dog is trying to teach us as humans a lesson and I have to say it’s a good lesson and for her I am so happy and delighted that she is finally home , loved and part of someones life…….that’s all she ever wanted.
It just took a while to find it.
Chloe you look fantastic, happy, healthy and most of all belong.
This is really a HAPPY ENDING.

– what a happy dog she is now. Just imagine how fast she could go if she didn’t have all that hair – there MUST be a bit of wind resistance but she can still move at a fair old rate. She is obviously full of the joys of a very happy life ![]()
What a happy dog you are Chloe
wouldn`t recognize you from those first pictures
Huge credit to you Colette for bringing this gorgeus girl back on track ![]()
