What a great title for a children’s book! Followed by ‘The Adventures of Charlie and Mr. & Mrs. Peanutbutter in the Wicklow Mountains’. Who knows it could turn into a series – a film – merchandise. All proceeds to Dogs in Distress.
I met the handsome Charlie with mummy & daddy Peanut-butter. He is a charmer and he has landed on four paws with his new home and family. A match made in heaven x
Oh thank you, Indianna, Hebe and Angjo, and Charlie sends you his finest kiddy licks, also to his lovely foster family Majella and Co, whom he’ll never forget. What a great start to his new life, thanks to all at DiD.
Looking good Charlie and what a little diamond you are.
Such a great all rounder and socialite you are.
So good to hear from you please keep us posted on your progress.
Thank you for dropping by to say hello to all in DID.
We’re really enjoying getting ready for our first Christmas with Charlie and have ordered some EXTRA durable chew toys … with his beautiful teeth, he’s also got strong jaws!! One particularly squeeky biscuit lasted about half an hour …
By now, Charlie’s made lots of friends in Bray and people love seeing him (who wouldn’t?!), he’s also made friends with other dogs, especially small ones like him! He’s barking a lot less at big bad buses, and we’ve taught him to walk on the left and stay close when we’re out in the busy streets, and he waits and sits at the kerb before crossing, so people are charmed by his politeness!!
He’s also made great progress in his training to stay on his own for short whiles. We’ve been phasing it in very gradually and are on 5 minutes now without a peep!! It’ll take a few more weeks before we can go out for a wee dram on our own, but that’s ok, it’ll hopefully mean that Charlie will be calm and confident on his own.
Ok, so much for today, Charlie sends his finest kiddy licks to all his friends at DiD!! mutual love.JPG
