November 28, 2010 at 10:20 pm #102824BellaMemberCate joined us today after saying goodbye to her wonderful fosterers William & Karolina who did a great job of taking care of her. When she arrived at her new home today she settled straight away and seems to be very relaxed to be here. She is very affectionate and is enjoying exploring and also resting on front of the fire. We’re really looking forward to walking her as we know she loves running and in the snow she’ll have great fun. We’re really happy to have met our new special friend. Can’t believe how lucky we are. DSC_0356.jpgDecember 3, 2010 at 4:27 pm #103146BellaMemberCate is being such a good girl. Amazing when she is at home, although very independent when she is out. Training her on the lead, too early to let her wander on her own, but she learns fast
We are very happy to share our lives with her and we know she is too.
Thanks so much to Dogs in Distress, you do such a fantastic job!

Walk on the snow.JPGMarch 16, 2011 at 11:09 pm #95186BellaMemberCate running in the park yesterday. She chases the skylarks, so fast. Her training is challenging off the lead. At home she is alert, rested, affectionate and happy. We’ve been training her daily and she is progressing. Her instinct is to hunt, (there must be a bit of a Pointer in her) as she can burst through bushes and hedges and her running is incredible. She likes to play with other dogs and we’ve had her in Marlay Park dog run.
