This little man’s coat was in an awful state
Thanks a million to Jetta (Skymoon) for doing a such a great job on him
This little man will need a home where they are familiar with the breed and know about his regular grooming etc.

Benji arrived this evening with Shelliane, we had a great discussion about dogs
it’s great to meet someone who loves dogs as much as we do. Benji is a tiny little fella snd so cute
He was a bit shocked to be surrounded by 4 dogs but soon relaxed and ate some mince and royal canine
He has taken a shine to Achie who is now knocked out tired from playing. I thought Achie was small but Benji is tiny. We had a walkie and now are all watching the Late Late ![]()
He is a beauty, very quiet and is interacting more with the dogs than us. The dogs are weaving their magic and Benji is begining to relax
I would love to see him homed with another dog. Here are a few photos, a hard job as dogs would not say still ![]()

Benji has been with us for two days now, thanks Kathy for putting the pictures up
My computer is back on track so I will put more up tomorrow.
Benji has just slotted in, all the dogs took to him and really like him. Archie my Bichon loves Benji, they are firm friends and play non stop :shock. Archie is so funny, its like he has made it his mission to care for Benji.
Benji has started to relax and is gently snoring here beside me. He is a lovely gentle dog, he loves his food, enjoys his walks on the beach and sits in the car. I feel he is starting to gain confidence and he likes to sit close to us. I think he is a bit thin and could do with a few pounds. He looks bigger in his pictures but he is slight. He has started to chase the ball and a teddy
.
I feel he needs loads of love, hugs and also another dog to keep him company.
Bye for now……….
Update on Benji
Benji continues to relax and settle in. Archie my Bichon and Benji are best buddies and spend hours playing. Benji’s new game is stealing socks and having tugs of war with Archie
He gets on really well with the other dogs it’s amazing the way they all took to him and accepted him but he is that type of dog
He is eating really well and loves his walkies. He has become more affectionate and gives licks and looks to be petted. He is such a good little dog and very well behaved. We are all mad about him. Here a few photo’s of Benji & COBenji 072.JPG

I am so happy for you Benji …. best wishes to your wonderful family – the 2 legged & 4 legged members!
We are delighted Benji is staying with us
When Shellaine arrived with him last week we could not believe how cute he was and he is so well behaved, he just stole our hearts
He is such a affectionate little dog and he is picking up loads of tricks from the other dogs already ![]()
All dogs are happy, Lucy and Hamish are an item and now Archie has his own little friend. Charlie is happy to mingle!
Thanks once again D.I.D, Kathy, Marie .. for all the work you do and for all our dogs, even charlie is a member ![]()

Well lucky little Benji,
he is going to have a great life with his new family. He reminds me of Benny (Elijah) a Shihtzu we fostered a couple of years ago. He has that same cheeky look. Im sure he will bring you hours of fun along with the gang. Congralulations Angela and Co

Angie, I cannot believe you have become a failed fosterer once again, we have Wiggles a the moment and we are sorely tempted to keep him, however friends of our have been looking for a dog and are in the process of having a home check done so they can adopt him so we are off the hook.
Well, I can’t say I’m surprised – only yesterday morning I remarked that this was on the cards!
Congratulations to lucky Benji and his (ever growing!) family! ![]()
Benji you are one lucky boy ….
I thought once again I could foster and hand the dog over when it was time to go. However I did not reckon with Benji with his gentle ways and big brown eyes. He will be with us a week tomorrow and it seems as if he has always been here ![]()
You all know me so well
When I told family and friends I was fostering they laughed as they knew Benji was here to stay
.
Myself and John feel we are the lucky ones to get this special little man xx
I can relate to that!
We were "stopping" after Tigra, DEFINITELY stopping after Mollie, absolutely definitely stopping after Casper and then along came Thor!!!!
You won’t regret it though. Benji looks gorgeous and right at home with your other dogs. Wishing you all – human and canine – a long and happy life together.
