Baz is an older dude..
Baz is gorgeous.He is so cute and gentle natured – he likes to meet people and have a little pet. He is badly in need of a groom – we felt sorry for him as it can’t be pleasant for him feeling so grotty. He’s one of those dogs who will be transformed with a grooming and some TLC. He’s not happy in the pound, the sooner he gets out the better.
What a lovely chap! I have emailed in a fostering application and would love to foster a little guy like this. Would give him lots of love and happy to look after the cost of his grooming and get him back looking and feeling good.

Baz is a very sweet little dog. I have not walked but have handled him by helping to put him back in his kennel. He is fine to pick up and I would say a very gentle fella. I saw Baz out in the field with his walker and he looks good on the lead. His walker was concerned about his nails and she thought they could be causing him some distress when he was walking on the gravel surface. It would great if his nails could be clipped without causing too much discomfort.
Baz is a little star however he desperately needs his nails clipped. Even men need manicures! Having walked him today it’s clear that his overgrown nails are causing him considerable discomfort. His dew claws in particular are very long. He really is a lovely dog and it would be great if he could get out of the pound and into a quiet loving home.
This guy is so sweet, shuldnt be in there! really really hope someone can take him into foster soon and give him lotsa care and cuddles!
Is Baz sorted with a foster home ? It looks like someone applied. I have walked him twice and he is a real character he stops and practically asks for cuddles , gorgeous fella with a twinkle in his eye
Hi there. Yes I have applies to foster. Still waiting to talk to talk to Gwen – we have missed each other a couple of times so will hopefully catch up soon as I am still very interested in taking this little guy in!
I walked Baz today..he’s not happy in his kennel
but he’s a lovely fella…he is absolutely great on the lead..walked beside me, looking at me now and again…that tail wags and wags when you talk to him and at one point he put his head on my knees and we had a chat…he just needs a wash and a endless supply of markies . Hope he gets out soon.Baz just had a long scrub in the tub, got his hair cut and hes now lovely and clean. His hair was all matted and he had half a forest stuck to his hair so I reckon he feels great now. Settling in well, he’s a little pet, not a bother on him. Will post a photo of him soon.
WendyBaz is a little dote just wants to be beside me all the time. He’s following me everywhere. His main interest in life is to curl up and chill out on the sofa watching telly so he would be well suited to an older person looking for a little company. He’s adorable and so quiet. This is his third day with me and I still dont know what his bark sounds like and he doesn’t make a sound. He doesn’t make any demands, just wants a cosy place to sleep and he’s happy. He’s still a bit shy and nervous but he’s gaining back his confidence, and enjoying being rubbed and hugged, poor little man. Here are some before and after photos of Baz, the little heartbreaker.
