arto.jpgDecember 5, 2013 at 10:07 pm #118325animalhelperMemberWell its official…. Arthur has been adopted!! He’s here to stay and I couldnt be happier. We took him out of the pound after being told he couldnt get out of bed so we honestly didnt think he had long left he was very underweight, covered in fleas, pressure sores, had 2 broken teeth, has severe arthritis in both elbows, a skin allergy, and his ears were in a bad way. Everyone on here and facebook pulled together to raise funds towards his care and we cannot thank you all enough!! Arthur is an amazing boy with so much love. He has found a new lease of life and is a far cry from the old, skinny, dirty fella that we took out of the pound. He is now a 40kg pup who bounces around and loves nothing more than cuddling, kissing and counter surfing!!!!!
Welcome to the Murphy household Sir Arthur xxxxxxx

He is so so lucky to have found such a great home. This will be his first Christmas knowing what its like to be warm, cosy, safe and loved
December 6, 2013 at 9:06 am #118335ColganFamilyMemberIf ever a partnership was meant to be, it is this one!! Don’t know who looks happier in the pictures, Kim or Arthur but the two happy faces have just made my day!! Delighted for you Kim and Caroline and over the moon for you Arthur – you couldn’t be in a better place!!!!
February 27, 2015 at 8:39 am #123769ColganFamilyMemberWell the ever beautiful Arthur spent the day in the vets with us yesterday and I just HAD to read back over his post to remind myself of his story! The "breaking out of the kennel" is still ongoing – we placed him in a large kennel, door closed and secured with bags of food and THREE times, he followed me up the corridor to the waiting room!!! He had a bath and his shots and I so enjoyed meeting him. He is a big, strong lad, still a bit limpy from the arthritis but happy out and cute as a fox. All your birthdays came together when you met Kim and her lovely family, Arthur, and you have all the signs of a well loved and spoiled rotten doggie – just as you should be!!! Great to meet you. Stay well, gorgeous guy!!!
