Poor little Angel took a reaction after her op and has to stay in the vets. Hopefully she will be home to keep Jackie warm by tomorrow ![]()
Got off the phone with the Vet earlier, she is going to be kept in for another night for observation.
We are all hoping and praying that she will be home soon!
We are so sad Angel had to stay in vet one more night…. i hope so much she is much better and back home tomorrow.
We all miss her so much…..
Good news everyone, Angel is back home! She is not out of the woods yet but at least she is out of the Vet!
Will be monitoring her closely for any compilations but fingers and paws crossed that she will be up and running again without any setbacks!
Angel can join the skinheads now since her head was shaved to remove the growth!! ![]()
Just a quick update on Angel
She is recovering well. She is very happy to be home and having Jacky around to protect her!! ![]()
She is very alert, active and has her appetite back.
Her wounds seems to be healing well and has a follow up with the Vet tomorrow morning.
Angel had her follow up visit to the vet this morning. She was not to impressed when we arrived outside the vet as she didn’t want to get out of the car!
Eventually i managed to convince her hop out of the car and get it over with.
She was very happy to see a familiar face at the vets as our daughter Kaja is doing her work experience in vets.
Angels was checked over and stitches removed. She has been given the all clear!!
She is back home now and chilling!
Thanks Fianna for the visit, treats and bandanna!!P1040992.JPG

How is Angel? Hope she’s going from strength to strength
Angel is progressing extremely well!!! She seems like a different dog after being neutered and having cosmetic surgery!!
She is more confident and playful!!
She does a dance when we get home even if we were just away for a few mins! Really funny watching her hop and doing circles at the same time!
She loves her walks and does very well on the lead. We are still working on her recall training which is progressing slowly.
Angel is such a gentle and loving dog. No aggression even when i took away her "Postman’s leg" bone. She just sat there looking at me.
We take her to the dog park often, just to socialise and have a good run, which she loves. Also being a pointer, she wonders off on her own in the dog park sniffing every blade of grass!!
Angel loves her hugs and pets. She will be perfect for a family and is very good with other dogs too.
Angel is really growing from strength to strength. We had some friends over with their kids, and the kids absolutely loved her. She was very gentle and calm, and tolerated a whole lot of push and pull from the two. Currently we are implying a bed rule during meals, and she seems to understand it very fast and makes her own way into her bed, although she never begged. We still have not found a toy that she is interested in, unlike Jacky. She doesn’t seem to have much interest in toys. But we are still searching ![]()
Here are some pictures of Angel and Jackie!!
I was just looking through the pictures of Angel from the day she arrived till now. Its amazing to see that depressed dog is long gone!!!
She is really bubbly yet placid, full of love and will follow you around the house poking you with her nose until she gets her hugs and kisses!
She hardly barks but snores a little when she is sound asleep!!
She is now at her ideal weight and has a beautiful coat on here!
She knows its time for walkies when we put our runners on!! She starts doing her trademark Angel dance!! (hopping and turning at the same time) Will have to put a video of it up!
She is great on the lead. Just need to hold the lead with 2 fingers!
All Angel needs now is her forever family!!! ![]()
