Hi there
We have fallen in love with Alfie – having our home check this week – please keep us in mind for him as we think he would make a great addition to our family. The Byrne Family
Had this little guy for an hour on Friday and wanted to run away with him he was so cute….he wanted to investigate everything (particularly under the car seat
) then have cuddles and then a snooze and then start again with the investigations…..
He is a great little guy..
Little Alfie has had a rough few days, has had a very upset tummy but is on the road to recovery ![]()
Glad to hear little Alfie is on the mend. We are dying to meet him.
Tina k
Alfie is a different pup this evening
He really has improved an awful lot, hopefully he will have made a full recovery in a couple of days ![]()
Alfies new family came to meet him on Saturday, after a long wait. I think it was worth the wait though, it was love at first sight on both parts! Alfie is a lucky man. Hopefully he will make a speedy recovery so he can get off to his new life with them
I will be sorry to see this little guy go, he is adorable…….

Well, Alfie is back in with the vet since yesterday.
Had made a big improvement on Fri & Saturday but then Sunday afternoon he wasnt very happy & wasnt interested in his food again, so, back to the vet we went & they decided to keep him in for some fluids & a little booster for his poor immune system, which isnt to great at the minute. Heard today that he is doing great, so all going well he should be back with me tomorrow or Thursday. Poor Alfie hasnt had the best start but we will soon fix that. Lots of TLC on the way for him when he comes back to us. ![]()
Hi Rachael, Any news on Alfie, is he still at the vet? If you get a chance to update us. I hope were not bothering you, we know you are busy. Thanks The Keatinge’s
Hiya Tina, just sent youa PM. He is home from the vets & doing well ![]()
Some new pics – Alfie has a vist to the vet in the morning to check that all is well again, so fingers are crossed for him the poor little mite ![]()

Hi all,

He had a good sniff around the house and then he had had his dinner. ![]()
Then he had another sniff around and played with his new toys ![]()
The cat did’nt get on well with him but were sure they’ll make friends
soon. Now he is snuggled up in his new bed fast asleep.
Thank you so much we love him.
We will keep you updated.
Thanks, The Keatinge’s.
Ah Im delighted to hear he is getting on so well. There was one or two sad faces in our house tonight
But we are so glad he has come on so well & will be in a lovely home. We will miss him
Be happy & well little man
p.s send on some pics when he has settled in……
The keatinge family sent me a lovely message on new years ever with a little pic of Mr. Alfie! Alfie was my 1st foster puppy & we had him for quite a while as he was a very sick little man. It is such a great feeling to see how well he has come on. Makes it all worth while.
