Abbie is a 4 month old Collie X girl.
She is a sweet little girl who will be medium in size. She is microchipped, fully vaccinated and will need to be neutered at 6 months.

Picked up the adorable Abbie this evening and there wasn’t a peep out of her the whole way home.

After a bath and a game of fetch we introduced her to the "Pack" and although a little nervous at first it wasn’t long before she was trotting along behind them around the house and garden :D :D We even got a little bark during a wrestle on the floor

The photo doesn’t do her justice so will have to take some outside tomorrow…

    OMG what a brilliant night!!!

Took a bit of time to figure out who was sleeping where but she eventually realised Buster doesn’t share anything including his bed. ;) So she settled on snuggling in beside Holly and i didn’t hear a sound out of her all night. Came down the stairs to 1 pee and 2 poops….. All on the paper :D :D.

She is a little pocket rocket, typical collie super fast. The cutest thing about this little lady is her tail which has the tiniest white tip and curls up like an ickle piggy.

Well this little bundle of fun is a joy. She trots around the house at your heel, have to be careful not to step on her ;) She goes to the paper to do her business everytime :D :D :D :D She has bursts of energy and then collapses on the floor to recharge her batteries.

All our toys are giant size but she is well able to carry them into her bed to have a good chew. She has come out of her shell today and we have heard a few little barks and growls as she tries to join in with my biggies

Typical puppy she can turn anything into a toy and spent ages chasing a piece of fluff around the living room. She loves her food but is not food agressive. Looking forward to getting her out for some walks when she has all her shots…..finally get some good photos

    What a difference a couple of days make…. :D :D :D

Abbie has gone from watching from a distance with the odd bark to getting right in the middle of the madness with my lot which has caused a lot of heart in the mouth moments for me because she is so small compared to them.

She now sits for her food but hoovers it down when she gets it, she had a bit of a dodgy tummy but still managed to get to the paper and was a bit confused by the rice in her bowl this morning :) :) :) We have left her out the back with our lot a few times so that she doesn’t develop abandonment issues and there isn’t a peep out of her, she is the only one who can fit through the rails to get on the deck so can escape from Buster if needs be

She is lovely to have around and is currently unconscious on the couch after a hectic wrestle this morning…

Another great day and night with my little princess. She is starting to interact even more with my lot and had a great game of tug of war with Rocky last night, although i don’t think Rocky even noticed

She gets really excited when you come down in the mornings and runs around yapping….so cute. Typical baby everything goes into her mouth, but if its in her reach its fair game!!

She loves a cuddle and can now jump straight up onto your lap from the floor. She really is a lovely puppy and is going to be a stunning lady.

My little princess is becoming a cheeky little pup    it must be the bad influence of my crazy lot. I noticed she was missing yesterday so I went looking for her around the house and found her head first in a 15kg bag of dog food with just her back paws and tail visible   obviously she isn’t too impressed with the rice!! She is also becoming very vocal when my lot are wrestling and runs around them in circles yapping like she’s egging them on. I am trying to get her used to the lead around the house but she isn’t a fan, I’m sure it will be more exciting to her when she’s actually being brought somewhere. She loves to snuggle and is very fond of a belly rub. I’d love her to find a home soon so they can experience the joy of watching her grow up but am loving having her here

Delighted to report that my Christmas tree is still standing although Abbie has decided to tepeatedly drink the water out of the bowl its sitting in. Had to include this photo of Rocky getting into her bed as I see from other posts it seems to be a habit of foster siblings :D 8-)

We took Abbie to see the relations last night and although there wasn’t a sound out of her in the car she seemed a bit nervous, however as soon as we got to the house she relaxed and even managed to find Gizmos food bowl within seconds    She’s not crazy about being picked up when you’re standing but she loves curling up on anyones lap!! She didn’t make strange with anyone and her and Gizmo (Bichon/Cavalier X) had great fun playing under the table hence the absence of photos :D . We have had a couple of accidents purely because I keep forgetting to leave the door open to the hall where her newspaper is but she really is a great puppy. She has begun to eat with the pack and sits patiently waiting for her turn (which is last) and doesn’t even attempt to stick her head in the other bowls which is amazing for such a young doggie ;) She is so cute and has figured out quickly that sitting is the quickest way to get what she wants, as soon as she sees me coming to let them in from the back garden she sits at the glass door….so cute

My little Princess was very brave this evening when she got her injections and her microchip, not a whimper out of her :) :) Her personality is really starting to shine, she is really outgoing and loves to play. She is learning her commands and is finally beginning to figure out what No means ;). She loves attention and will climb over the biggies to make sure she gets a rub too

We discovered 2 new things about Abbie this week
#1 She likes to attack the sweeping brush while its being used
#2 She isn’t impressed by the feeing of ice on her paws :D
She is a very lively pup and will need regular walking to keep mischief at bay  She went on a sleepover to my Mums last night and was no problem, still did her business on the paper and wolfed her breakie down. She loves to play ball and loves her cuddles xxxx She is quite vocal when she wants something ie her breakfast, a toy that one of the others is playing with or just when she’s excited.

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while as we had a bereavement in the family over Christmas. Well this little lady is coming on in leaps and bounds. She has endless amounts of energy much to Rockys dismay ;) Although when she does stop she is hard to wake up   We had tried a couple of times to walk her but she was petrified of the lead and traffic but I decided to give it a shot this evening and OMG what a difference, she bounded out the front door and skipped down the road fur blowing in the wind!!!! She didn’t even notice the cars or busses as they passed. The toilet training has gone slightly astray along with our normal routine but she usually makes the paper. I hope she gets a home soon as she loves one on one attention and it would be great if she could be trained by her forever family :) :)
