Jodie is doing great here and has learned to play fetch. She is just brilliant with a tennis ball and the minute she gets out of the car she is watching for the ball. It is saving my poor legs too, she gets to cover twice the ground than I have too. She will drop the ball at my feet and start bouncing for me to throw it again. She could do with teaching her companions to ‘leave it’, Tigger and Ben think the objective is to chew on the ball and give it back when it is in two halves! So I am keeping Euro 2 in business buying tennis balls. It has also improved her recall too because she is so interested in what I’m doing she comes as soon as she is called. She is always very eagar to say hello to other dogs she meets but if she is playing ball it hold her attention and she doesn’t bother. I am totally smitten with this dog, she reminds me of my first boxer dog also a female (although Jodie is a lot less trouble!!) so intelligent and a stunner too.
