I am heartbroken at the loss of this beautiful girl but what absolutely WONDERFUL words spoken about her by her fantastic foster mam! 
You are a saint for all you did for this little girl and to pass over in the arms of someone who loved her and in whom she trusted was the best outcome for little Bella (if life wasn’t an option for her). You are truly wonderful. Peace at last, little angel.
