Oh good grief
Why are so many beautiful dogs and puppies in pounds
What is wrong with people, have they no concept of all the great things dogs do for humans? Guide dogs, assistance dogs, search and rescue dogs, PAT dogs that visit hospitals and nursing homes, the list goes on and on. It breaks my heart
. Farah, I am following you and hope you and the other dogs get into foster care and quickly move on to your forever homes.
Is Farah still awaiting time for ‘owner’ to come forward or can she get out of the pound now? Getting more worried about this little dog by the day ![]()
From her foster mum
Farah is now settling fast into her new surroundings. ![]()
She travelled no problem at all in the back of the car just sticking her head up every now and then to see where she was going !
She tucked into some food, cautiously at first.
Has had a warm aromatherapy bath and wow she is shining and has got so confident. Taking over the couch and demanding cuddles.
.
I am so happy this little soul is out of danger. Following
Any news on the fabulous Farah ![]()

Mmmm
Terrier cross or Patterdale? I know which one I think she is and it will be no surprise to anyone
Looking so much better ![]()
Farah is really such a sweet heart. Loving the company and cuddles from both children and adults.
She had what seemed like her first beach experience last Saturday. It was the funniest thing ever to see her playing with the little waves and managed her first swim. Afterwards running around with other dogs having a blast. So good to see her so happy and growing in confidence. ![]()
Yesterday we went to a local park where she met up with a large dog and both went looking for squirrels. Never thought it possible for her to move so fast. She was actually airborne a few times.
This little girl is pleasure to have, becoming a good guard dog, having a surprising deep bark for a little one of her size, clean in the house, great recall, very good with children and will contently curl up in her bed in between times. ![]()

This little lady has adopted her foster family ![]()
Not even a tiny bit surprised. Enjoy everything she gives you because she will give you EVERYTHING ![]()
Farah is now called Clara !! She has become a very important member of our family. ![]()
She gives us back much more love fun and enjoyment than we could give her. She is such a sweetheart and knows when to cuddle in and take her spot on the couch. Actually that would be all the time depending on the where the warm spot from the sun is . . !!!
She loves her trips visiting the relies in Wexford and West Cork for the long walks to Galley Head or Long Strand. Then to lie in front of the stove for a nap
.
Great home for a great girl…thank you ![]()
