I have been fostering Charlie since Tuesday. My first impression was he was very nervous but then one of my dogs wasn’t actually friendly to him.
Now Charlie has really settled and has come out of himself and is a very playful little chap. He is full of love and when his cone came off he jumped up and gave me a big licky kiss.
Will update in a few more days.
Charlie is with us now nearly a week, he is such a little dote. Loves children and other dogs, even thou one of my dogs has made it obvious he doesn’t like him, Charlie still trying his best to be friends.
Charlie, is house trained, good on the lead and loves to play. He would make such a wonderful companion for anyone. [attachment=0]DSC_2579.JPG[/attachmentDSC_2579.JPG

He loves children and loves to play with other dogs. He is a gentle little thing. I love the greets he gives me in the morning, he nearly talks to you.

Charlie you look like a little diamond of a dog and even have the nose mark to prove it….
You are right Audrey – he has the diamond mark for all to see. Lovely little terrier and proving to be a diamond ![]()
Charlie is definitely a diamond, he is a pleasure to foster but I think his name should be snuggles instead of Charlie. He just loves to jump up on the couch beside us and snuggles into us.
He loves his walks, very good on the lead. He is very socialable with children and other dogs. An excellent companion and very loyal, cute and extremely cuddly. ![]()

What can I say, only that whoever adopts Charlie is blessed. He is a perfect house guest, he is just so good.
He is very sociable, he does cry when he sees other dogs as he wants to play with all of them. He really likes company and loves his snuggles.

What a great title for a children’s book! Followed by ‘The Adventures of Charlie and Mr. & Mrs. Peanutbutter in the Wicklow Mountains’. Who knows it could turn into a series – a film – merchandise. All proceeds to Dogs in Distress. ![]()
