To all the Ladies who are planning to take part in this years Flora Mini Marathon,
We would ask you to consider supporting Dogs In Distress who is run totally by volunteers and all donations will go a long way towards saving the lives of abused and neglected animals and giving them a second chance which we owe them.
You can start you own fundraising page and link it to DID by following the steps below (All donations raised through iDonate, will go directly to DID :

5. Specify how much are you planning to raise? If you haven’t got an amount in mind, just leave this blank.
6. How long after the event would you like to carry on collecting sponsorship money?
7. Click “Next”
8. If you are not already a registered user of iDonate, please click on “Register” and follow the registration instructions
9. If you are a registered user of iDonate, login with your details and proceed from there.
10. Then click on “Create My Page”

Hey all! I would definitely be up for doing this but I’m afraid I will come under the headin of "Walker:Open to all – no qualification time required. Minimum age 14 years" as I’m expecting

I have asked the organizers of the marathon and this is what they have advised that in both situations:
1: walk with baby in the buggy
2: are Dogs allowed
They will not be able to accommodate both situations due to health and safety reasons.
Unfortunately, its a no on both scenarios! ![]()

The entry system is open TODAY!! The event will take place this year on Monday 3rd June 2013 and starts at the earlier time this year at 2pm.
