My family and I have had a long running love of dogs. So you can imagine how upset we all were all when we lost our lovely Jack Russel Terrier, Rolo who had been a part of our family for quite a few years.
After a period of mourning we were ready to open our house (and our hearts) up to a new member. After careful consideration we decided to adopt through the dogs in distress foundation. This was largely due to the great work they do helping dogs without homes.
We were all so happy and excited, when in March of last year we got a call to come see a beautiful jack russell called Meg.
All the family warmed to her immediately and we couldnt wait until she could come home with us and become part of the family.
We were doubly lucky because in September of last year, we had a further addition to the family when we adopted another Jack Russel named Tinkerbell.
Both dogs quickly became part of the family and we now cant imagine our lives without our two little madras!!!
We would like to thank dogs in distress for all their continued hard work and for making our family complete again.
Kind regards,
