    Please,please keep a close eye on your pets.in addition to the attempted dog nappings on the evening of Thursday 12 January a cat was shot in the cheek with an air gun.It was in the Beechlawn area.
    The type of pellet used is illegal in Ireland.
    Who knows what these totally irresponsible people are capable of doing next.

    Sorry it was Beechwood lawn area.I read it on the Pretty Paws facebook page.
    The cat luckily survived the incident but must be left shocked,sore and traumatised.
