Inky arrived last night, desperate to get out of the crate and explore. He has been super friendly, very playful with much tail-wagging! He loves the snow as you can see from the picture!
I’ve taken him on a couple of walks (or wades!) through the snow and he’s been going outside in the garden every hour or so, he is certainly keen to get out there!
He’s a lovely liver and white colouring with very silky fur.
He barked at some cats in the garden but apart from that no barking. He likes to roll around on the carpet a lot! And he loves his belly being rubbed. He’ll make a great pet.
I’ll update again soon. Merry Chrimbo everyone!IMG_0507.JPG

Inky the festive look really suits you little man ….I know you are having a ball with Rachel and Billy…being spoiled rotten as it should be.
We’ve discovered he knows some commands: ‘no'(!), ‘sit’ very well. He’s not phased by traffic or strangers coming to visit-very friendly with all.
The first evening he marked like crazy but hasn’t had any toileting incidents in the house since then. He’s a fast learner and seems quite intelligent.
Shall post new pics soon. First few don’t do him justice! He really is quite pretty!
Hi
Inky looks as though he is having a Happy Christmas. We would love to give him a new forever home in the new year. Please advise how to start the adoption process. Happy New Year to all x
Hi there Sparkle
I have sent you an email directly letting you know the process.
Inky got an awesome haircut today, a big thank you to Cathy and Jetta!
He is so much happier, he must have been very sore under all that matted fur. And now we can see his pretty face and giant eyes! ![]()

Inky has come out of his shell now and is proving to be a lovely little man. He is very playful and loving. He loves snuggling up for a while and having his belly, neck and ears rubbed
. He’s ecstatically happy when I come home, he greets me with lots of kisses and ultra waggy tail.
The difference in his appearance now he’s been groomed is amazing. He looks like a different dog with all the nasty matts gone. I’ve been brushing him, which he puts up with for a while and then tries to play with the brush
More soon…
Beautiful!! He looks like a little ewok ![]()
This little man went off to his new home this morning
Looking forward to loads of updates ![]()
Well Inky is settling in just fine to his new home. A bit upset the first night but has soon settled in. He is loving the attention from all he has met and is really enjoying his daily walks in the park. He is busy chasing birds out of the garden – it is a no fly zone!!! Inky has yet to meet his cousin Heidi but is going for a walk with her tonight. He met two big dogs in the park yesterday and had a nice play. So far so good!
He has so much love to give, particularly if you have been out or first thing in the morning. He already has us wrapped around his little paw xxx
A few snaps of Inky in his new home!

Thanks a million for the update, Sara – he looks fantastic ![]()
Hi All
Sorry its been so long! Inky is doing great…even spending time with other dogs and loving it!
He is still a bit wary of bigger dogs when out walking and lets everyone know about it! He has become so loveable and is playing more and more. His favourite game is stealing shoes and socks first thing in the morning, usually when you are in a hurry!!
I have attached a couple of pics and promise I wont take as long next time!
Sara x
