We are pleased to announce that our annual Dogs In Distress Fun Day will be held on the 12th of September, from 12pm – 6pm at Corkagh Park, Clondalkin. We are giving plenty of notice so keep that day free and come along to join in the fun.
We already have lots of stands and performances lined up, our usual competitions will be held on the day along with a raffle.
Lots of fun for all of the family…. both two and four legged members
All to be revealed soon………….. Directions according to Google Maps……the most straight forward way!
From Newlands Cross:
Head straight down the Naas Road until you come to an exit for Baldonnell / Kingswood on your left…. take that exit.
You then come to a roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the R136.

We are also looking for helpers on the day….. so if you can spare your time to help at a stand, take photos etc. please let us know.
We will also have posters printed soon so if you can help to distribute them around Dublin, Meath, Kildare please let us know!More info to follow….

I can defo hand out posters in my area and ask to put them up in some shops ect so if you want to forward it to me feel free !drop some posters up to sandys kim and i will put them around tallaght, firhouse and rathfarnham
i can help out on the day – but i will need time to enter mya into the puppy of the year competition, we will be breakin out the tutu cos competition will be stiff this year Closer to the time I can pop details on both of my websites http://www.cardsbyniamh.com and http://www.spirit-niamh.com and will also add details to facebook and anywhere else I can think of.
If you want something different at your fun day, I’d be very happy to offer Angel Card Readings and Spiritual Medium readings. I do this at psychic fairs and am very professional at it. I also could ask a couple of people I know if they would be interested. Let me know?

The day should be great already have fancy dress costume sorted. . now just need one for the doggie. . haha!! Judging on last year there will be some stiff competition in the waggiest tail and fancy dress comps!! Hope everyone has booked it in their diary!
Cant wait trying to find a costume for my baby Effy formally ( fifi) , i found an Irish company who make clothes !! for dogs and accessories , even a bit of" bling" . going to get a little jacket for effy
to keep her warm when we are out for walks ,, have to say i really enjoyed looking . found a costume company as well don’t know what to get her ""Really sorry we can’t come to this this year, but Tails ‘n’ Trails have our AGM that weekend, the first meet of the season.

We are offering free microchipping on the day performed by one of the two vets on site on the day so please tell everyone you know.
This can normally cost anything from 20.00 euros to 60.00 euros.
All microchips will be regristered by DID.

Wish he wasn’t so into me or I’d change the day, but would upset his cute little face and then Mel wouldn’t have the same surname! I think that is a good reason not to go to the fun day. Whish you all the best, marv weather and loads of usefull presents.
For us, Snoop and I will try to make it. Although I am not sure how to get there yet. My SatNav is a little bit on the old side … At the end I will try and follow the barking
How about putting an add onto Dublin radio as well…? I know Q102 reads out events if you let them know details 7 days before. And it is free! Just a thought…
