just to update, we made it though the night with no accidents (i was up at 6am so that might have helped)
both dogs are fast asleep with both of their heads resting on the one trainer. i think that they are becoming friends but still lots of teath during play time.
kenzo is quickly learning his name and amost coming back when called but we still haven’t been brave enough to let him off te lead when out on walks yet.
he’s been eating well and i loving his new home.
hi,
just letting you all know that thing are still going great. he’s loving agility training and digby is his new best friend. it took them a few weeks to settle but you wouldn’t know it now. sleep and eat together with no problems.
he gets great walks along the canals and forests near us and hardly every chases his tail anymore but still has an unhealthy obsession with fetch but its great exercise for him.
i tried to add a photo but couldn’t work out how to do it
if anyone wants any let me know and i can e-mail them
email them to me pups@dogsindistress.org and I will put them up asap ![]()
"we are all getting on great, kenzo was at a dog show at the weekend, unfortunatly he was in the creative styling class so he got covered in glitter but he loved his walk afterwards.
we still have problems with the recall but luckly we have places near us where we can let him off the lead for a good run, and he loves a good swim and roll in poo when ever he can. we are trying to whistle train him at the moment which he is great at in the house and garden but unfortunatly rabbits and blades of grass are more interesting on walks."
