The Cocker Spaniel is a gentle, affectionate, and intelligent breed known for its expressive eyes, soft coat, and friendly temperament. Originally bred as a hunting dog, they are active and enjoy regular exercise, play, and mental stimulation. Cocker Spaniels are typically good with children and other pets, making them excellent family companions. They can be sensitive and thrive on positive reinforcement training. Because of their long ears and thick coat, they require consistent grooming and regular ear care. With the right attention, Cocker Spaniels are loyal, loving dogs that enjoy both outdoor activity and cosy time with their family.
