Polly has only been in foster for a week. She's a 4 year old collie girl who is house trained, not food obsessive, sleeps through the night and walks well on the lead. She loves her walks and is really good out and about meeting other dogs. She is currently sharing a home with a Border Collie and a Jack Russell and gets on well with both. She isn't a barker but does like to follow you around. She's a beautiful dog and will make someone a lovely companion. What's not to love - all the hard work is done for you......

An update from Polly's foster family :D

Polly is in foster for nearly 5 weeks now. She's a lovely, well mannered, gentle dog, quiet all the time unless a bark is actually called for - living with two female dogs and is happy meeting all sorts and sizes of dogs (male or female). A happy content dog that isn't loud and can be left for a couple of hours once you give her a treat on your way out.

Quick to learn and keen to please. She likes attention but doesn't demand it - she will happily let you pet her for as long as you want and her eyes close to tell you she's loving it. Belly rubs are also perfectly acceptable & she'll give kisses too if you let her :D

Easily trained but having said that, I haven't managed to teach her the "stay" command as she likes to be wherever you are :D

She's been out in the car and enjoys that too. But what she enjoys the most is watching TV alongside you
