You have been the most wonderful family to this gorgeous dog. I'm so sorry you're having housing problems - I know how gut churning that can be. Hard times for good people, hope that area of your life improves soon. :(

Finally got a landlord who would accommodate Rusty. We moved in towards the end of last month, happy family, happy dog.

Just a quick update. He's doing really well and has settled in really nicely to his new home. One of his rear legs has started to stiffen up on the big guy but usually frees up whilst walking. We were told this would happen around this time by the vet after his operations and will monitor him closely to ensure he's in tip-top condition.
Overall he's fine, just a big friendly guy who loves nothing more than a cuddle.

Hi all, a quick update on Rusty. The big guy has been on a diet as he had put on a few kilos due to a fondness for human food and a really well rehearsed begging routine that suckered my kids into providing him with it. As you can see below he's almost back to his ideal weight.
He was at the vets yesterday for his annual check up and his shots. All good with him thankfully and he's still a big loveable mutt.

Love getting updates about this great guy. With his lovely colouring Autumn I'd say is definitely his season.
