Wiley and Dash, that has to be THE best Christmas photo! Love the style! :D
I gave you my house when you were alone; when I walk through the door it now feels like home
Tail wagging and waiting our bond quickly grew; such unconditional love…who rescued who?

Well, the 'deed' is done and he's getting excellent care from his big fur bro, Dash.
He had to have dental work done too and is feeling very sorry for himself.
Playing it to the hilt of course, typical male!!
So lovely to watch Dash, he's lying in the small bed and gets up every now and then to check on Wiley .... and to see off any cat that tries to get close to him. Uber protective!!

Well, I am sorry it’s taken me so long to drop you all a line and wish you A Happy New Year.

I just don’t know where the time gets to, I must be getting old!

I will be 6 this summer!!

I am sensible now and leave most of the mischief to Wiley...........

Unless we need to get something off the kitchen work surface, then I can turn into ‘SUPERDOG’ and jump clear onto the bench!!

It still has to be seen to be believed..........but that’s my magic power!

I will cover the high areas and Wiley will demolish anything I let fall on the floor or retrieve from the bins................

I have attached a photo of me on the bench demolishing the butter in the butter dish and Wiley is demolishing something else on the floor..........this is what Mum found when she entered the kitchen.........proving we CAN work as a team when we want!!

I also have ‘jaws of death’ and you won’t get a tennis ball from me once I decide to hang on to it!!

Last summer I tore off half my dew claw and the fuss.....from me, that is (Mum made me write this)

A trip to the vets was in order as there was NO WAY anyone was touching it.

I proudly supported a red bandage for a few days afterwards and let anyone interested know all about my injury.

Even now, months later, you only have to say ‘How’s your poor paw?’ and I immediately flop to the floor and hold it up.......but you still can’t touch it.

I am a tad dramatic!!

Wiley is getting cute and not just in looks (Mum made me write that too)

I suspect he is out-witting me but don’t have any firm proof yet.

I heard Mum say that she found two chews on a shelf the other day and she gave them to Wiley.

I heard Mum say that she found two chews on a shelf the other day and she gave them to Wiley.

Next thing she knew Wiley shot past her into the yard and head first into one of the flower pots.

She watched him as he came in, sat down to eat the first chew, then when it was finished he went to the sliding door, looked all around him and went out to the same flower pot to dig up the other chew.............he had buried it there in case I found it, as he obviously intended to have both!

Now that’s just plain mean.............or survival, whichever.

I do tend to take everything off Wiley.
