Furry family and I are grand. Lots of snow so it's a 'garden and house' day today. Nellie must be 9 now, face is very grey but she has not slowed down one bit and is till very much in charge of the rest of them. My old Border, Dudley is almost 13 (in April), Jet (a DID dog) is probably 6 or 7 (probably 7 now) and I got another Border who has an overshot jaw and had to go to a 'pet' home, no showing or breeding (she is 2 now). She is like Nellie's little apprentice but knows not to step over the limit with Nellie. Happy to say they all get along very well. As usual, many super dogs on the DID site, following Hugo and Pixie in particular but so many lovely dogs. Would be nice to have 100 acres to live on then I would have more but sadly, common sense has to appear now and again. Hope you are well, was very pleased to see your girl looking so good, lovely image. Best wishes.

I will try to get a decent image of Nellie and post it so you can all see her. Honestly, she is one of the best dogs I have ever known, a real treasure.

So our beautiful hailey is going blind and deaf at only 9 yes old . We are so sad as she has been struggling last few months and suffering badly with anxiety . She has to be with me all the the time. Love her so much .

Ah bless her the poor girl. It’s so difficult to see them struggling when there is something wrong and they are trying to come to terms with it

She is such a beauty x
